Bleh, sorry about dropping off the radar, guys, but I got hit with some kind of summer bug. *dies* We're talkin' fever, and some of the worst sinus issues I've had in a LOOONG time. Ridiculous!

Anyway, I done got flattened. TT_TT

BUT commissions will be finished by the end of the weekend! Inking is going well, and coloring should go smoothly, too, I think.

Thanks for being patient! It's like one thing after another with me, lol. Not to mention that our iguana is still in the freezer and we haven't even gotten to bury her yet! Boooh!

I really would have gotten the commissions done sooner (especially yours,

) but I went through a total art block like you wouldn't believe. But I pushed through, pulled a 180, and picked up my tablet. I think the change really worked out whatever was killing me in the art department, I'll upload what I experimented around with in a minute. It's been over a year since I seriously photoshopped anything, so this is a big step for me. I'm fooling around with different colored linearts and stuff. Eh, results are mixed, kinda weird, but I'm happy.

That's basically a big ol' disclaimer to let you guys know that I wasn't just dinking around with my own crap while lazing out on your commissions.

So yah! I'm still sick, but much much better than I was.

Ughh I had some weird summer problem too. I think it was heat exhaustion because I was working outside for 8 hours when it was like... 90 degrees.

OH jeeeeez, I'd die. Flat out. I can't handle the heat at all, lol! This is a bug, totally, but the heat lately has not helped. OH how I long for the fall! T_T

I was thinking about doing the picture of Bet in a digitally colored version in addition to the traditionally colored one? I think it'd be really cool to get her on a beach with sparkly sunshine and stuff I can only do in photoshop. Wouldja be game?
